Comfy location not far from several supermarkets and laundromats, the airport and Tokyo suburbs, and the room was bright. Very very helpful and exceptionally helpful staff, I loved them all.

That the location was bad.

Altogether a really good choice in a comfortable setting. Very helpful staff, the best attitude. Reasonably large and spotless rooms on upper floors. Nice apartment in a very quite area. A shopping centre and supermarkets nearby.

I had a great stay at Universal Haneda. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, exceeding my expectations. I loved having my own dedicated wifi and balcony. The location was peaceful, perfect for morning walks to see the sunrise and even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. The convenience of a nearby Family Mart was a plus, and the accommodation was ideal for those wanting to be close to Haneda Airport. My small family enjoyed our 7 nights here, and I appreciated the opportunity to make a nice meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

Affordable prices were a plus. Had a great stay for travellers or lont term stay. The staff was welcoming, they sent us lots of info. Got private bathroom with a bathtub. Made own meals in kitchen. The apartment was in a peaceful and reasonable location not far from Koyasu Hachiman Shrine.
